As an EOS Implementer®, I’m an objective advocate for small businesses and nonprofit agencies.  As a human being, I am driven to be a person worth knowing for clients, colleagues, and friends alike.

InFlow Advisory is located in southern New Jersey, and most of my face-to-face work is with clients in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, but the explosive growth of virtual meetings in the Age of Covid-19 has expanded my ability to work with folks well beyond the Philadelphia area.

In conjunction with my EOS training, I rely on my years of business experience to provide the highest possible value to my clients.  Although I’m willing to work with any leadership team that strives to constantly improve, I have a particular interest in the challenges of nonprofits and social enterprises, as well as those faced by business owners involved in the early stages of exit planning.

The most important quality I bring to my work is an unrelenting candor.  When I am open and honest with leaders, they are open and honest with me, and together we get things done.
